Manuel Neuer - Shalke and Germany's No 1. An outstanding World Cup and a text book goalkeeping didplay against Manchester United in the Champions League Semi Final has bought him to the attention of the world.

Will he go to Manchester United, despite a deal with Bayern Munich already supposedly done? I think so. Sir Alex raves about him and described his semi final performance as the best goalkeeping display he has ever seen against Manchesteer United. High praise indeed.
